When you shell out good money for a new pc. some form of vista is on your pc and you cannot remove it to a more user friendly,like XP version of windows! This is not wright!! I should be able to use the software I CHOOSE! not Bill, the greedy, Gates.If this lawsuit covers this in anyway, then id like to joine??

I have windows Vista. I did not have a choice on the Computer I ordered from Dell.
I do not like Vista at all!

Actually Dell’s BUSINESS class machines have the XP downgrade option for an additional $90. But it isn’t offered on the lowest end machines.
